So much Lego! Definitely recommended visiting this store when you are at Chinook Centre. The displays are amazing, the sets Lego is creating now are simply fantastic. The new Dreamz line looks especially cool and I highly recommend looking over some of the sets in store. Just be sure to check the price tag and your bank account before you walk up to the counter for your purchase!

Tonight was my first time buying and building a Lego set! The staff was super friendly, patient, and encouraging. I really wish I hadn't lost my recipt so I could give them a personal review because they were awesome!!

Always a great store. Everyone is always so nice and polite. You can sometimes get better deals at other stores. Not much seems to go on sale at the Lego store, as compared to other stores. If you signup for aVIP card you can earn money and apply it to any purchase. I doubt you will find better service anywhere. Wow where do you find such great staff.

Love the LEGO store. I have grown up with LEGO all my life and have always enjoyed building and playing with LEGO. This store is clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and attentive and helpful. Both adults and kids are found here drooling over the latest set that LEGO has produced. The only thing that I can say is that one might think the toy is pricey and I think so but the product is of the highest quality and there only LEGO no other similar toy compares. I have several set that I have purchased over the years and have always enjoyed building and playing with them.

UPDATE: There are so many fantastic sets, including Titanic, Back to the Future DeLorean, Optimus Prime, Pyramid, etc! We love visiting the Lego Store at Chinook Mall, but there always seems to be a line-up. Even when there is no line, the store is always crowded. This is the place to go for the best high-end Lego sets. The store is divided among the many lines of Lego sets. You got your Star Wars, your Marvel, your Friends, and some fancy one-off sets. You definitely need to pop in if you're a Lego fan!

Back in July I had come to the Lego store in Chinook mall to purchase a Lego motorcycle. As I had waited in the line to enter the store, one of the employees (I believe her name was Ariel or Arielle) was handing out booklets and asking everyone what they were shopping for. When she came to me and asked me the question I immediately broke down into tears. I had just lost my boyfriend due to a motorcycle accident the day before and I came in to buy his dream motorcycle in the Lego version. She was very quick to action and was so sweet and understanding. She offered to grab the Lego set and place it behind the counter for me so I could be sure that I got it. Once I had entered the store, she then was inside and gifted me two Lego characters. She was the sweetest employee I have met, Lego store Chinook you have a wonderful employee!

The Lego store is a joy for adults and children alike. Team members here adapted seamlessly to our needs and we had so much fun! With COVID-19 policies in place, we had to wait in a short line up to get inside, only about 10 minutes. It was impressive how quickly they were moving people through while maintaining a personal experience and not rushing. Huge stock here, and we were pleasantly surprised to see a number of sets on sale. I can’t wait to come back and keep building my city.
